And who wants some? With custard or cream?

This is what happens to favourite things when PC (political correctness) has gone mad!

The list is endless, all that we hold or have held sacred slowly drowning in the mad world of PC.

Everything we grew up with has changed, for some reason I have come to think are we pandering to the sensitivity of others? We cannot be classed as men or women anymore, we are just people/person. 

And I love being a woman!

Now do I complain that by labelling me as just a ’person’ have I the right to shout ’I am a woman, not just a person!’ will this be PC? 

Same with men, now we all know how men see their ’manliness’ as sacred, listen up men …. you are being labelled as ’just a person’, why are you not screaming at the top of your voices that YOU ARE MEN! That is usually the norm with the male species. don’t get me wrong, I love men, I seem to get on better with them, maybe that’s because I was brought up with 4 brothers and no sisters, I have had many a laugh in the company of men, that’s very true, so I am not putting you men down here with what I am saying, so please don’t get all sensitive on me, and say I am not PC, *flutters eyelashes* ……

With the endless list of all the things that we are not allowed to call by there proper name anymore, I sometimes get confused, that’s a fact, look I am blonde, so I can be excused for easily being confused, cant I? or am I now putting blondes in the box of being ‘dumb’, ‘stupid’, airheads’? I am not, if I can take the pee out of myself why cant the rest? Actually I will go back to what I said before about my dad, he thinks I am a very intelligent woman, so maybe that is why I do not have a problem taking the pee out of myself, because I am comfortable with who I am. And if I can take the pee out of myself then I say I have the right to have a laugh with others, I would never be nasty with what I say, that’s just not me.

Then we get all PC over inanimate objects, why? I have looked into certain things that have come under the magnifying glass about being PC or not, and usually there is a history as to why they are called what they are, so why change history to pander to what others think, usually the minority,  I just do not get it!

There are many ‘old’ comedy programs that will never be aired again, because of the content of them, the words that no one took offence to then, until someone said it was not PC, why? I think they are funny and the majority of others do as well, because when they were first aired they were very popular.

What some things used to be classed as ‘suggestive’ is not PC because it offends, in the work place you see many a hoohaa coming about because someone took something, now this can even be a joke, in innocence as offensive.

Where will it all stop? And when? When will the PC brigade please stop this nonsense?

So this is what it comes down to, I brought my son up to treat others as he would want to be treated, good philosophy I think there, I have always lived by that, I am always nice to others, but of course unless they cross me for no reason lol. He likes a laugh and joke as we all do, well, most of us ….. So really are these people who are so into being PC forgetting how to live? How to laugh? How to relax? That last one must be true, because they must be on guard all the time, knowing full well that they have to think a certain way, more to the point, how were these people brought up? 

So my theory is this, the PC brigade are aliens!! 

They must be, why would anyone want to change the way we think and behave, dictate to us! I think it’s a way to take over and rule the world, a way to control the way we think and behave, eventually turn us into mindless robots who think the way they do. 

And what better a way to do it, no one realises that this is happening slowly to us as a society, a free thinking society, they are squishing our right to freedom of speech! 

Scared? Well you should be, there may well be one of these ‘PC’s’ next to you right now ….. 

Stand up for your rights people, do not be afraid to speak anymore, shout loud and proud what ever it is you want to say, that is usually not PC, and I will give you the very first words that you should say, out loud now, do not be shy, because this is the meaning of ‘Dotty Richard’ the very heart of what we love, so when you cast your eyes upon these words, do not just read them to yourself, shout them out!! Let everyone hear that we will not be dictated to by aliens ever again, here is the meaning, ready? ……..

that’s right’ Dotty Richard’ is one of our favourite puddings, spotted dick, how stupid is that? Now I have said all this I fancy some spotted dick, have not had any for ages, I have custard …….
